Avocado Bean Dip

- 3 avocados
- 2 bunches onions (chopped)
- 1 yellow and 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can rotel (mild or hot)
- 1 pkg. guacamole seasoning
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
You can chop or mash the avocados depending on what texture you like. Add in chopped onions and chopped peppers. Rinse and drain black-eyed peas and black beans. Add to mixture. Add in rest of ingredients. Stir completely. Refrigerate. Eat with tortilla chips or crackers. Go Wildcats!
