Avocado Bean Dip

  • 3 avocados
  • 2 bunches onions (chopped)
  • 1 yellow and 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 can black-eyed peas
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can rotel (mild or hot)
  • 1 pkg. guacamole seasoning
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing

You can chop or mash the avocados depending on what texture you like. Add in chopped onions and chopped peppers. Rinse and drain black-eyed peas and black beans. Add to mixture. Add in rest of ingredients. Stir completely. Refrigerate. Eat with tortilla chips or crackers. Go Wildcats!
