The Official K-State Ring
Kansas State University graduates can display their purple pride long after leaving
their alma mater with an Official K-State Ring. The ring, which was designed based on input from K-State students, reflects the university's
culture and tradition.
The K-State Alumni Association coordinates the ring program with the university. Balfour,
a company specializing in class rings, produces the rings.
Each spring, the Alumni Association sponsors a ring ceremony for new recipients of
the official K-State Ring.
Qualifications
To purchase a ring, students must completed 60 K-State resident class credits. If
students transfer to K-State, they must have accumulated 90 total credits. Graduates
of K-State automatically qualify for the Official K-State Ring.
