Note: Friday evening activities are for high school sophomores only. Parents and other guests can enjoy a free evening while the student attends the program. 

• 6 - 6:30 p.m.: Registration and light refreshments - Catered by Jimmy John's
  • Location: K-State Student Union - Second Floor (outside the Main Ballroom)
  • Sophomores will receive their shirt and an information folder. If you are arriving late or leaving early, please notify us as soon as possible at 785-532-2775 or send an email to bmoreno@k-state.com.
• 6:30 p.m.: Welcome and introduction by the Student Alumni Board
• 6:45 p.m.: Group Ice Breaker
• 7 p.m.: Tour activities begin: Hale Library, Rec Center, K-State Alumni Center
• 9:30 p.m.: Bowling at the K-State Student Union
• 10:30 - 11 p.m.: Pick-ups start

Saturday morning:

• 8 a.m.: Registration and Breakfast - Catered by Hy-Vee
  • Location: K-State Student Union - Main Ballroom, Second Floor
  • Breakfast is provided 
• 8:30 - 9 a.m.: Panel, Q&A with current college students and departments
• 9:30 a.m.: K-State's Traditions
• 10:20 a.m.: Guest Speaker, Josh Diazdeleon '23 - Associate Director of Alumni Programs
• 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.: Explore Open House (optional)
