Wildcat Blueberry Dessert

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl. Press into bottom of a 9x13” sprayed pan.
Beat together the eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Pour over the crust and bake 15 minutes in a 350° F oven.
Allow to cool. Spread the pie filling over the top and chill, covered. This is a beautiful PURPLE dessert!
