Pasta salad

  • 1 bag tri-colored rotini
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and run under cold water to cool. Put them in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. You may not need the entire bottle of dressing, depending on the amount of pasta you prefer.
