Beef and Bean Enchiladas

- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. taco sauce
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sour cream for garnish
Brown meat and onions. Add beans, salt, garlic powder, taco sauce and heat until bubbly. Heat enchilada sauce and pour half into an ungreased, shallow three-quart baking dish. Put half cup of beef filling on baked tortilla and roll up. Put flap side down in pan. Pour rest of sauce over torillas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350° F for 15-20 minutes.
