Each year, the Alumni Association recognizes four outstanding graduating seniors in the following categories:

 Anderson Senior Award for Outstanding Academics: A senior who has excelled in their academic field of study.
 Anderson Senior Award for Outstanding Inspiration: A senior who has been inspirational to others.
 Anderson Senior Award for Outstanding Leadership: A senior who has provided extraordinary leadership for an organization, program or the university.
 Anderson Senior Award for Outstanding Service: A senior who has given time and energy to community and/or campus service projects.
