Nominate a graduating student for an Alumni Association award
Each year, the K-State Alumni Association recognizes 18 graduating students for their accomplishments through several awards. The Alumni Association is now accepting nominations for the 2024 awards programs.
The Anderson Senior Awards recognize one senior in each of the following categories: leadership, service, academics and inspiration (four awards).
The Graduate Student Awards recognize one graduate student in two categories: academics, and leadership and service (two awards).
The International Leadership Awards honor four graduating students for their service and leadership within the international community (four awards).
The LGBTQ+ Leadership Awards celebrate two graduating students — one undergraduate and one graduate student who have shown outstanding leadership qualities and who actively promote and advocate for engagement within or with the LGBTQ+ community on K-State’s campus(es) (two awards).
The Robinson Family Multicultural Leadership Awards honor four graduating students for their leadership within the multicultural community (four awards).
The Tony Jurich Community Commitment and Leadership Student Awards recognize one graduate student and one undergraduate student who demonstrate a commitment to community leadership and service through Jurich’s Core Leadership Tenets (two awards).
Students graduating in May, August or December (2024) are eligible for the awards. Recipients are selected by committees of the Alumni Association board of directors. Recipients will be recognized the week of April 29 at the K-State Alumni Center.
