This form should be completed by all university departments who are sending out a newsletter to any group of alumni, donors or friends of Kansas State University through print or email.

Delivery method for newsletter*
If you chose the mail only option or to mail to constituents who do not have an email address, please indicate the date the newsletter will be ready to be mailed.
If you chose either of the email options, please provide the text to be included in the email. Limit the text to 500 words and include the link to your newsletter.

Hold CNTRL to select multiple colleges.
Departments
Send to all departments in the college.
Degrees
Send to all degrees
Class Years
Send to graduates of all class years
Donors
